The distance that service reps must travel can negatively impact response time, resulting in hospitals depending on unreliable time frames for maintenance and repairs on some of their most critically-needed machines.

Soaring Hearts understands these travel restraints and utilizes a small, single-engine plane to fly throughout the Midwest and beyond – to wherever service is needed. In 2006, Soaring Hearts Inc. expanded its services nationwide. On any Service Agreement, delivery is vital to our customers and we guarantee a 20-hour or less response time or you will receive 10% off our annual service agreement fees. We don’t only service the equipment but we also teach on how to maintain the equipment.
